Job Responsibilities
? Create and maintain a single and global desktop SOE containing all core software components and configurations
? Create and maintain a single global Citrix server baseline build
? Maintain the Firm?s mobile computing environment
? Package core and specialized applications in a consistent and modular way so that they can be published, pushed, pulled down on demand
? Create and defined hardware standards for new Firm owned desktop and laptop purchases
? Define, develop and review Citrix and Workstation standards, policies and recommendations, as needed
? Establish processes to ensure that local office feedback is incorporated into standards and policies
? Ensure duplication of effort and re-engineering is minimized
? Ensure that knowledge is captured and shared efficiently to reduce incident resolution times
? Help evaluate if it is beneficial to using Citirx technology to install specific stand alone applications to minimize costs and centralized management
? Participate and collaborate on global, regional and local projects

Job Qualifications
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor?s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
? Must have at least 4 to 6 years of professional experience building and supporting desktop/workstation and Citrix operations in a professional multi-national organization
? Has at least 3 years of working experience as L3 support With solid technical background, including exposure to GPOs, software packaging, scripting, server and virtual technologies (VMware) is also essential
? With basic knowledge and use of scripting; KIX preferred
? Basic knowledge and use of remote connectivity: VPN & SSL
? Basic knowledge and use of Document Management Systems
? Good knowledge on the Dell Optiplex and Latitude hardware platform.
? Experienced, MCSE & CCA certified preferred,
? With solid working knowledge on a wide variety of desktop hardware and Citrix XenApp server/client, including peripherals, as well as operating system, virtual computing and general business applications
? Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Group Policies, and AD
? Proficiency in building, managing and maintaining an enterprise Citrix farm and interfaces.
? Knowledgeable in troubleshooting performance issues is required
? Knowledgeable in Windows Server and VMware ESX is preferred
? Advance knowledge of enterprise management systems including the Symantec Altiris Client Management Suite
? Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office.
? Good knowledge and experience managing an enterprise mobile computing environment ? IPhone and Android preferred
? With Excellent communication skills
? Candidates must be a Team player
? Must be willing to work overtime as necessary, including different shifts. On-call shift duty is mandatory
? Candidates must be willing to work in Bonifacio Taguig, Global City
